Tanya is the longest-serving non-owner of MVP and serves as the Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer, providing senior leadership across the firm’s pension administration operations. In her role, she oversees all Director level positions and provides strategic direction, mentors staff and fosters a collaborative, environment that aligns with MVP’s mission and service standards.
As a senior leader within MVP, Tanya is committed to fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement. She collaborates closely with departments across the organization, ensuring unified service standards and reinforcing shared goals. Her leadership style emphasizes partnership, transparency, and empowering others, creating an environment where teams can grow, contribute, and deliver exceptional service.
Also as a technology-forward leader, Tanya manages MVP’s PensionPro client database and workflow software, optimizing systems and implementing enhancements to improve operational efficiency and data integrity. She oversees staff training on technology, compliance processes, and professional designation tracks, promoting continuous learning and technical excellence across the firm.
Tanya's leadership extends to process improvement initiatives, internal audits, and strategic projects, continuously enhancing MVP’s service delivery and client experience.
An active member of ASPPA, Tanya holds the Certified Pension Consultant (CPC) credential among other professional designations. She is a cum laude graduate of the University of Pittsburgh, where she began her career in the retirement planning industry. Outside of work, Tanya enjoys cooking, exercising, cheering for the Steelers, watching Pulp Fiction, and indulging in anything chocolate. Above all, she treasures spending time with her family.
