Kati Yonce, CPC, QPA, QKA, ERPA

Kati joined the MVP family in 2025, bringing nearly 30 years of experience in the retirement plan industry. As a Relationship Manager, she leverages her deep technical expertise and exceptional client service skills to help plan sponsors stay compliant while working toward their savings goals.

Kati holds multiple credentials from the American Society of Pension Professionals & Actuaries (ASPPA), including the Certified Pension Consultant (CPC) designation. She is also an Enrolled Retirement Plan Agent (ERPA), authorized to represent clients before the IRS.

A proud alumna of the University of Virginia (wahoowa!), Kati lives just outside Richmond. Outside of work, she enjoys walking dogs, completing jigsaw puzzles, and watching ice hockey with her family. An avid reader and traveler, her dream vacation is to explore Mongolia.
