Joyce Yaccarino, QKA, QKC, QPA, CPC

Joyce began her career as an HR Generalist before discovering the dynamic world of retirement plan administration and consulting. Over her 35+ years in the industry, she has gained extensive experience in all aspects of administration and consulting, from A to Z. While much of her career has been focused on TPA consulting firms, Joyce has also worked with large recordkeepers and managed 401(k) plans as a corporate plan sponsor.

A dedicated member of ASPPA since 1997, Joyce has earned the prestigious designations of Certified Pension Consultant (CPC), Qualified Pension Administrator (QPA), Qualified 401(k) Consultant (QKC), and Qualified Pension Administrator (QPA). She has also contributed to ASPPA’s Education and Exam Committee, serving in various roles, including Vice Chair.

A lifelong Jersey Girl, Joyce currently resides in New Jersey with her two rescue dogs, Chase, a Sheltie mix, and Thistle, a Border Collie. In her free time, she competes in dog agility trials and is an accredited dog agility judge. Joyce’s dogs have earned numerous championship titles in agility and other canine sports. Throughout her life, she has also cared for a variety of animals, including sheep, peacocks, and a horse she owned from the time he was four until his 36th birthday.
