Jim is a retirement plan professional with over 25 years of experience in plan administration and consulting. He specializes in helping organizations design, maintain, and optimize retirement plans to meet regulatory requirements.

Jim brings deep expertise in qualified retirement plans, with a strong focus on compliance, operational efficiency, and client-centered solutions. His extensive industry knowledge allows him to guide retirement plan sponsors through the complexities of plan administration, identifying solutions to compliance issues, optimizing employer contributions and designing and operating the retirement plan to meet the client’s unique goals.

He received his degree from Arizona State University and holds the Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA) and Qualified Pension Administrator (QPA) designations.

Jim and his wife live in Vincennes, Indiana and find any opportunity to visit their 2 adult children. Preferably in the mountains. He enjoys playing the guitar, working on home and automotive projects, and spending time with family and friends.
