Jillian Britt, QKA, QKS
With over 15 years of experience, Jillian now serves as MVP’s Director of TPA Services, leading our large-market service strategy and the overall direction of our TPA operations. In this expanded leadership role, she maintains and strengthens key strategic relationships with clients, representing MVP at meetings, conferences, and industry events to enhance collaboration, visibility, and organizational alignment. She also leads and consults on our largest relationship, including all affiliates and external market coordination, ensuring efficient, compliant processes and consistently high client satisfaction. As a trusted resource, Jillian guides internal teams, supports decision-making, and promotes consistency across departments.
With a strong commitment to elevating the client experience, Jillian prioritizes clarity, responsiveness, and proactive problem-solving. She works to enhance understanding of system functionality, streamline processes, and ensure that both internal teams and clients have the resources they need to succeed. Her work reflects a deep dedication to service, innovation, and strengthening the client journey at every stage.
Jillian holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from William Peace University, along with the Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA) and Qualified 401(k) Specialist (QKS) designations. Outside of work, you can find her at the trendiest restaurant in town enjoying an extra-dirty martini or relaxing at the beach with her two dogs.
