What sets us apart is not only our collaborative and accountable service, but we honor each other’s individual efforts with MVP of the Month recognition. The Most Valuable Professional (MVP) of the Month is a peer-nominated program where staff can vote for their teammate who has gone above and beyond the already high service standards at MVP. Often people are recognized for their willingness to step up and help others, lead with a positive attitude, make suggestions and implement process improvements, offer exceptional service to clients/advisors/other MVPers, and/or consistently meet/exceed goals.
