Consultation
We provide all prospective clients with a complimentary plan design discussion and review. Our expertise and knowledge could save $1,000s to $100,000s compared to the current plan design. We continue to review the design at least annually to make sure it is the best fit for the plan sponsor.
Plan Documents
We sponsor three types of 401(k) profit sharing plan documents: Standardized, Non-Standardized, and Volume Submitter. After discussing the plan design with the plan sponsor, we will complete the plan documents signature-ready including the Summary Plan Description and all necessary amendments. Better still, we provide all required amendments complimentary. Elective amendments and required restatements are offered for a nominal fee.
Administration
This is the heart of what we do. The continual compliance of the plan is our primary focus. The following services are all standard with us:

- Allocation of Pay Period Investment Splits
- Provide Ancillary Forms to Plan Sponsor and on Internet Website

Using our advanced technology and skill we can provide the plan with daily valuation and web access for the plan sponsor, advisor, and participants. Also, we provide quarterly reporting for the plan sponsor and statements for the participants. Accurate and timely account data and reports are available from our secure website. This means that plan sponsors, advisors, and participants can access information at any time, day or night.
